• Bring camping chairs, blankets, or outdoor mats to use outdoors during your family/individual devotion time.

  • Bicycles are allowed. Please bring your own chain to securely store your bicycle outdoors.

  • Please keep meeting areas tidy by helping clean up after each session.

  • No cell phone use during sessions. Put them away. 

  • Camp t-shirts will be distributed upon arrival. We will wear the camp t-shirts on July 19th. We have group photos at 7:30AM on July 19th. Please be sure to wear your camp t-shirt for the photos.

  • All meals will be served at the dining hall promptly at:

    • Breakfast (Saturday 8 AM-8:45 AM) (Sunday 8 AM-9 AM)

    • Lunch 12 PM- 1 PM

    • Dinner 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

  • Coffee and tea will be available all throughout our meeting at the dining hall. Each family is to provide 24 bottles of water to be shared with the group. Individuals are asked to bring 12 bottles of water. Optional: Individually packaged snacks are also appreciated.

  • Be mindful of others at camp who are not part of our group.

  • Being alone with the opposite sex (non-family members) anywhere and at any time is strictly prohibited. No private dating between boyfriends and girlfriends are allowed during the camp. Minors (below 18 years old) are to be supervised at all times when not in their sessions.

  • Wear respectful & appropriate clothing during camp. Wear decent/modest swim attire at the pool.

  • Family devotion times: Saturday at 7AM-7:30AM. Sunday: 7:30AM-8AM. Please follow the devotional guide each day.

  • Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. There will be no more activities and noise after 11:00 PM. Please maintain quietness until 6:00 AM.

  • Follow our camp schedule, arrive on time at the meetings, and faithfully attend each teaching session. Camp schedule is found in this brochure and also available online.

  • CHECK OUT of your rooms on Sunday BEFORE breakfast.
